Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) –School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate Speech Language Pathologists. We offer full-time and part-time in-person positions in school settings.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: In-person
Start Date: ASAP
Service Area: Evaluations, treatments, IEPs, documentation, and special education team collaboration

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Provide therapy treatments for students
• Complete IEPs and maintain documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams
• Attend meetings and support multidisciplinary collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• Illinois state license or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment, and IEP development
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
