Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full-time and part-time positions in the school setting, exclusively in-person.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: In-person
Start Date: Fall 2025 (2025–2026 School Year)
Service Area: Evaluations, therapy, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration with special education teams

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Deliver therapy services aligned with student goals
• Complete IEPs and related documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams
• Participate in staff meetings and team planning

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Illinois state license or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
