Speech-Language Pathologist – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, exclusively in-person, serving schools in Illinois.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: In-person (Illinois schools)
Start Date: August 2025
Service Area: Speech evaluations, treatment, IEPs, progress reports, and team collaboration

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide therapy services
• Prepare and participate in IEP meetings
• Track and report student progress
• Collaborate with special education teams and school staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Illinois state license or willingness to obtain ASAP
• Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement or willingness to acquire
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience in schools or special education is a plus
