Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer part-time or full-time opportunities in public school settings, exclusively in-person.

Position Details

Schedule: Part-Time AND Full-Time options available
Location: In-person
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: Discussed during the interview- Elementary and Middle School Options Available
Service Area: Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services in public school settings
• Conduct evaluations and deliver direct treatments
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

What We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois licensure
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
