School Counselor – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person –
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated School Counselor for the 2025–2026 school year . This is a full-time, in-person role starting in ASAP with opportunities for future school years.

Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time, In-Person
Location: Middle school and High School Positions available
Start Date: ASAP
Service Area: Counseling, classroom guidance, staff and parent consultation
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling to students
Deliver classroom guidance lessons and social-emotional learning activities
Consult and collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources
Support student academic, social, and emotional development
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher
PEL with School Counselor or School Social Worker Certification
Vocational counseling endorsement preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for supporting middle school students and fostering inclusive environments
