Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated BCBA for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer full-time, in-person positions supporting schools in Illinois.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days a week
Location: In-person
Start Date: ASAP
 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support school staff and students in behavior intervention
• Develop and implement behavior plans aligned with IEPs
• Provide functional behavior assessments and safety plans for students with aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
• Design data collection systems for behavior goals and communicate progress weekly
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to create academic and behavioral goals

What We’re Looking For

• Illinois BCBA license required
• Experience supporting students in school settings
• Strong communication, data analysis, and teamwork skills
• Passion for collaborative problem-solving and positive behavior supports
