School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Olympia, WA | 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Olympia, WA for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you are a CF-SLP or a seasoned provider, we would love to hear from you.

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• January 2026 through the end of the year, with potential to continue for next school year
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide mentorship and assist with supervision
