Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in the Greater Dallas, OR area. This position will require traveling between Willimina, Falls City, Sheridan, and Amity, OR.

We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative therapist who is passionate about helping students thrive in the school setting.

Job Details:

• In-person only
• Full-time, 1.0 FTE
• K-12 caseload
• Position for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year
• Greater Dallas, OR area covering Willimina, Falls City, Sheridan, and Amity
• Travel between school sites required
• Mileage between sites reimbursed at IRS rate
• Provide evaluations and treatments for schools
• Complete IEPs and documentation
• Collaborate with school Special Education team

Qualifications:

• Current or eligible for Oregon Occupational Therapy License
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
