Come work with a woman and therapist run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Education Support Professional in the Brooklyn Park, MN area for the 2025-2026 school year. 

Responsibilities:

• Position: Education Support Professional
• Temporary: 3 month contract (January-April)
• Elementary position
• Full-time position - 30 hours of paid time/week
• Assist in implementing student Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), 504 Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and sensory plans
• Work under the direction of a licensed teacher

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
• Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
• Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
