Occupational Therapist (Full-Time, School-Based) – In-Person Middleton, ID
Ampersand Therapy, a therapist-founded and run company, is hiring a School Based Occupational Therapists (OT). We offer positions, serving school districts with meaningful caseloads tailored to district needs.

Position Details
- Start/end Date: 1/26/26 thru mid to late April
- Location: In-person, school-based position
- Schedule: full time M-F
- Service Area: Student evaluations, treatment sessions, IEP development, and team collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and deliver direct treatment in school settings
- Complete IEPs and all required documentation timely and accurately
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and other school staff
- Maintain compliance with district and state guidelines for school-based therapy
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Idaho State Occupational Therapy License (Education license must be active or pending)
- Experience working in schools preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for serving students and advocating for their needs
