Position Overview

• Role: School Nurse (RN)
• Per Diem Substitute (No guaranteed hours per week ; strictly on-call)
• Will be able to pick up day of call-outs scheduled vacations
• Setting: Varies - Any range from ages 3-22
• Location: Champlin, Minnesota 
• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, illness assessment, and emergency response
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, seizures, allergies)

Required Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license
• Background check and drug screening required
• Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Rates: $40-45/hour
• W-2 employment
