Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) 2025–2026 School Year 

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year in Lake Villa, IL.

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time
Location: In-person, Lake Villa School District 
Start Date: ASAP
Service Area: Student evaluations, therapy sessions, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration

Must be Bilingual in Spanish and have ESL endorsement!

Your Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Prepare and participate in IEP meetings
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with school special education teams and attend staff meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Strong skills in speech and language assessment and intervention
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
