1-1 School Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Part Time Position | Issaquah, WA | 2025–2026 School Year, Starting ASAP

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a 1:1 School Nurse for the 2025–2026 school year in Issaquah, Washington. This position is part time, up to 25 hours per week, and requires trach/vent experience. Job Highlights:

• Location: Issaquah, WA
• School Nurse (RN or LPN) starting ASAP
•  1-1 support for male student in elementary with Wheelchair, no movement in any extremities, nonverbal, trach, vent, J and G tube dependent - up to 25 hours per week depending on student's attendance. *Schedule will fluctuate from week to week based on student's health.*
• Trach, vent, g tube experience is required for this position.
• Setting: School Setting
• Start Date: ASAP for the 25-26 school year
• In-person only

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State RN license or LPN license through DOH - Compact Licenses are also acceptable 
• G tube, trach, vent, J tube experience required.
• Pediatric experience
• Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
• Previous experience in school nursing or pediatrics is highly preferred.
