Speech‑Language Pathologist  2025–2026 School Year 

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025–2026 school year in Naperville, IL. We have full‑time opportunities serving public school students.

Position Details

Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday through Friday 
Location: In‑person, Naperville School District 
Start Date: As soon as possible through remainder of 25-26 school year
Service Focus: Evaluations, direct treatment, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech‑language assessments and therapy services
• Develop and implement IEPs; participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate service logs and progress reports
• Collaborate with special education staff and classroom teachers
• Support students’ communication goals across school environments

What We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois state SLP license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Illinois PEL with Speech‑Language Pathologist endorsement (or in process)
• School experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
