Ampersand Therapy is seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our team for the 26-27 school year near Tacoma, WA. This is a pool job posting for upcoming needs next school year. Whether you are a seasoned OT or new to the school setting, we would love to hear from you.

Job Highlights:

• Location: Tacoma area
• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting
• Schedule: Full Time or Part Time positions
• 2026-2027 school year

Responsibilities:

• Provide school-based OT services including assessments, treatment, and consultation
• Conduct evaluations and write reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and write IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain timely documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

• Must hold (or be eligible for) Washington State OT license
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) ESA Certification (Educational Staff Associate)
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
