School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Belfair, WA | Rest of the 2025–2026 School Year

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded and run company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time school-based positions in Belfair, WA for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. 

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based role
• Full-time 1.0 FTE
• Leave coverage or full school year positions are available
• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation
• Collaborate with school special education teams

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain)
• Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
• ASHA CCCs
