About the Role

Hello Bilingual General Education Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bilingual General Education Teacher to join our team in Greeley, CO. This is a full-time, in-person role supporting diverse learners in an inclusive and collaborative school environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging instruction that supports academic and language development

• Communicate proficiently in Spanish to support multilingual learners and families

• Create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment

• Monitor student progress and adapt instruction to meet student needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and support teams
• Maintain student records and required documentation

What We're Looking For

• Valid state teaching license (Elementary or Secondary Education)

• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or willingness to obtain

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required or strongly preferred

• Experience working in diverse or multilingual classrooms preferred
