Hello, LPNs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for a high school student in Lakewood, WA. This role focuses on supporting a medically fragile student throughout the school day, including transportation needs. What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 nursing support to a high school student
• Perform trach care, suctioning, and G-tube support
• Assist with safe transfers, including on/off the school bus
• Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs
• Collaborate with school staff and family to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
• Support student access to school throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

• Active Washington State LPN license (DOH) or Compact Multi-State Nursing License
• Experience with trach care, G-tube, and seizure monitoring required
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
• Reliable, attentive, and comfortable in a 1:1 setting
