Come work with a woman and therapist-founded company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2025–2026 school year in Algonquin, Illinois. We’re looking for a collaborative professional excited to support a Homebound High School student. If you are looking for a flexible schedule or to earn additional compensation, this is the role for you! 

Job Details

• Location: Homebound Services with Huntley Community School District 158
• Start Date: As soon as possible and complete 30 hours of compensatory service minutes before June 30th
• Schedule: Flexible, make your own schedule to complete Homebound Services with a High School student
• Provide physical therapy direct therapy services and progress monitoring
• Implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and the special education team

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

• Active Illinois PT License

• PEL (Professional Educator License) with appropriate endorsement preferred

• School-based experience a plus
