About the Role

Hi, SLPAs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists Assistants (SLPAs) for a school-based position in Summerville, SC (near Charleston, SC). You’ll support students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced and new SLPAs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting under supervision of an SLP
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Partner with teachers to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and maintain communication with supervising SLP

What We’re Looking For

• Valid South Carolina State SLPA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required
