Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Evaluation & Due Process Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year in the Forest Lake, MN area. What You'll Do

• Conduct student evaluations to determine special education eligibility
• Analyze assessment data and prepare compliant evaluation reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and explain evaluation results to teams and families
• Monitor timelines for evaluations, re-evaluations, and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and administrators

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
• Active Minnesota Special Education license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
