Job Details

• Location: Huntley Community School District 158
• Start Date: May 27th through June 25th (ESY) 
• Schedule: 6 hours weekly 
• Provide physical therapy direct therapy services and progress monitoring
• Implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and the special education team

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

• Active Illinois PT License

• PEL (Professional Educator License) with appropriate endorsement preferred

• School-based experience a plus
