Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Education Support Professional for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in the Maple Grove, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What We're Looking For

• Associates Degree or equivalent, or 2 years post secondary and at least 60 completed credits OR
• Paraprofessional Credential through Minnesota Department of Education (such as passing score on ParaPro or ParaEducator Assessments or credentialed on the PELSB rubric)
• 3 references required before interview
• Previous experience working in the school setting preferred
