About the Role
Hello, Speech-Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring hybrid SLPs to support students across multiple school communities in Eastern Colorado. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct therapy services and assessments in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings, documentation, planning, and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home. This is a great opportunity for SLPs seeking flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team environment while making a meaningful impact in schools.

What You’ll Do
Provide school-based speech-language therapy services in a K-12 setting
Conduct speech and language assessments and complete evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication needs
Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate
Complete documentation, progress notes, planning, and compliance tasks remotely
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
What We’re Looking For
Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
Colorado CDE SSP certification (or ability to obtain)
Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred, but not required
