About the Role
Hi, SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in the Arvada area for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you’ll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication, learning, and student success. These opportunities are ideal for both experienced school-based SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What You’ll Do
Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
Conduct assessments and complete comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and social communication needs
Partner with teachers and families to support skill carryover across environments
Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We’re Looking For
Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred, but not required
