About the Role

Hello ECSE Teachers! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year in the Maplewood, MN area. This position will be temporary and covering a long-term leave. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in education or related area
• Active Minnesota PELSB Early Childhood Special Education License
• Experience in school-based settings
