ESY services will be provided on the following dates:

• June 11, 16, 17, 18
• June 23, 24, 25
• July 7, 8, 9
• July 14, 15, 16
• July 21, 22, 23

Program Hours:

• Elementary: Approximately 8:30am–11:00am
• Secondary: Approximately 8:40am–11:10am

About the Role

Hello, School-Based Specialists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring for an Extended School Year (ESY) position in Windsor, CO for Summer 2026. This is a great opportunity to support students during ESY programming while maintaining a flexible summer schedule.

This role is ideal for clinicians looking to gain additional school-based experience, supplement summer income, or continue supporting students outside of the traditional school year.

What You’ll Do

• Support students participating in ESY programming
• Collaborate with special education staff and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain documentation and compliance requirements
• Provide direct student support based on assigned role and caseload
• Participate in team communication and planning

What We’re Looking For

• Active Colorado license/certification appropriate for role
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background check
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed
