About the Role

Hello, Bilingual Paraprofessionals! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Spanish/English Bilingual Paraprofessional for a ECE school setting in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs while also helping bridge communication between Spanish-speaking students, families, and school teams.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in classroom settings
• Assist Spanish-speaking students with academic participation and classroom routines
• Support communication between students, teachers, and staff when appropriate
• Reinforce behavior plans, classroom strategies, and social-emotional skills
• Help students navigate transitions and daily school routines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Maintain basic documentation and communication as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in both Spanish and English required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
• Strong communication, patience, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans
• School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus
