Hello, Bilingual Paraprofessionals! Ampersand Therapy is hiring full-time Bilingual Paraprofessional for a school setting in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll provide direct support to students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, helping them access their education and succeed in the classroom. Meaningful work supporting multilingual student populations
Provide 1:1 or small group support to students in the classroom
Implement behavior plans and classroom strategies
Support students with academic tasks and daily routines
Help reinforce social, emotional, and communication skills
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Support students with transitions throughout the school day
Maintain basic documentation as needed
Assist Spanish-speaking students with academic participation & classroom routines
Fluency in both Spanish and English required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
Ability to follow direction and support behavior and academic plans
School-based or paraprofessional experience a plus
