Clinical Fellow (CF) mentorship and ongoing support
1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday schedule
Hello SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students across multiple school communities in Eastern CO. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct therapy services and assessments in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings, documentation, planning, and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home.

Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses
Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
Complete documentation, progress notes, planning, and compliance tasks remotely
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred, not required
