Hello ECSE Teachers! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Hybrid Early Childhood Special Education Teacher in Eastern CO. In this role, you'll provide specialized instruction, conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and collaborate with families and school teams to support student growth. This hybrid opportunity allows remote completion of paperwork and IEP meetings, while direct services and assessments must be completed in person.

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs
Provide specialized ECSE instruction across academic subjects
Manage classroom behavior and create a structured, supportive environment
Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Write progress reports and maintain compliant documentation
Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies for diverse learning needs
Incorporate technology and resources to enhance learning
Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education license/endorsement
Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Experience with early childhood preferred
School-based experience preferred, not required
