Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a 1-1 School Nurse for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year in Federal Way, Washington. This is a part-time, in-person 1:1 position serving a student with health needs. Job Highlights:

• Location: Federal Way, WA
• Position: School Nurse (RN or LPN) : 1-1 support for High School student - g tube and medication support 
• Start Date: ASAP for the 25-26 school year
• In-person only

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State RN or LPN license (DOH) or compact
• G-tube and trach/vent experience
• Experience working with medically complex individuals
• Pediatric experience
• Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
