About the Role

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for a school-based role for the 2026-2027 school year in Longmont, CO.  We are proud to be founded by school-based therapists and offer industry-leading pay, strong mentorship, and a supportive team environment.

What You'll Do

• Student evaluations

• IEP reports and meetings

• School-based services and support

• Progress monitoring and reporting

• Collaboration with school teams and families

What We're Looking For

• Appropriate state licensure/certification

• CDE credential, or willingness to obtain

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication and technology skills
