Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Supervising Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in Steger, IL. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing therapy plans, supervising speech and language services, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language evaluations to assigned students
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs
- Supervise SLPAs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations
- Maintain compliant and confidential student records in accordance with regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School SLP endorsement
- Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license
- Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
