Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a 1-1 School Nurse for  the 2026–2027 school year in Sparta, Michigan. This is a full-time, in-person 1:1 position serving a student with health needs. Job Highlights:

• Location: Sparta, MI
• Position: School Nurse (RN or LPN) : 1-1 support for a student 
• Start Date: August for the 26-27 school year
• In-person only

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan State RN or LPN license
• Trach/vent experience
• Experience working with medically complex individuals a plus
• Pediatric experience
• Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
