About the Role

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a High School Math Teacher to support students in Fort Morgan, CO. In this role, you'll create an engaging classroom environment, deliver high-quality math instruction, and help students build the skills and confidence they need to succeed. You'll collaborate with school staff, families, and a supportive district while making a meaningful impact on student achievement.

What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging math instruction aligned with Colorado academic standards

• Create lesson plans that support diverse learning styles and student needs
• Differentiate instruction to promote student success across all ability levels
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback and progress reports
• Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages learning and respect
• Collaborate with administrators, colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student achievement
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, and required documentation
• Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with appropriate secondary Mathematics endorsement

• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Passion for helping students succeed academically and personally
• School-based teaching experience preferred, but not required
